Delores Hopkins gave up her home in Logan, West Virginia to move to the New River (where she and her family had camped for years) and after her husband lost his vision in one eye and is losing the vision in his other eye, and his desire was for "his last vision" to be from the porch of his home on the banks of the New River. Delores
established a food bank in her Church of God in Hinton that feeds over 300 people in the area monthly. Delores and Bill's home will be taken under the parkway plans.
