Today, while our homeless sleep in cardboard boxes on the streets of this great nation, government-owned houses stand idle, empty, boarded up, weed strangled on New River Road near Hinton, WV. Is this progress? Is this scenic? Is this the real direction of the Parkway plan? Are we to see more of the same in the future? Past performance can be an indicator of future results.
